I help run Grits and Grids, posting (almost) daily short summaries about noteworthy projects coming out of the Food + Beverage space. This allows me to be in the know on upcoming trends, and generally keeps me sharp and savvy in terms of the design world. It’s allowed me to sharpen my skills in writing, speaking, and critiquing design work, including my own.

As the primary content creator / social media manager for Grits and Grids, I have also substantially increased our social followship. Our Instagram account alone has seen an increase of a couple thousand followers in the 2.5+ years that I have been a contributor. On average, our Instagram account grows by 280 followers month after month, and results in an average of 118,000 impressions month after month.

Additionally, I’ve also transformed Grits and Grids from a side passion-project of Vigor’s to a minor source of revenue for the agency that we hope to continue to grow.
